SAFETY AND QUALITY

A.R.C. Marine has strict policy regarding safe operations and quality control. Our captain's must be professional at all times adhering to ARC Standards. Owners must report any captain whom is late, or breaking any rules of professionalism. Our captain's are given full discretion when it comes to dangerous conditions and may delay or reschedule any charter at anytime. Weather conditions and currents can cause these types of decisions but not necessarily. Fuel is wholesale priced as we pass this discount to our clients whom use our vessel management program. Tipping our captain's or crews is encouraged but not mandatory. ARC Marine has to pay employment taxes so we encourage clients to pay directly to ARC for Captains and crew services.

STORM PROTECTION INCLUDED IN YOUR ARC MEMBERSHIP
