Membership Processing & Eligibility

1. ARC Marine / Angel Rescue Corporation Will begin processing new membership applications within 24hrs of receiving applications;
2. New membership applications should take not more than 72hrs after application is submitted;
3. No member application will be accepted without full payment and new membership applications should agreed to these terms and conditions at time application is submitted.
4. No vessel deemed derelict is eligible for a membership.

Memberships Cancellation 

1. (ARC) Angel Rescue Corporation has a no refund policy on all Lifetime Boat Towing memberships. ARC Marine / Angel Rescue Corporation will not refund Lifetime Boat Towing Memberships if cancelled by customer.
2. Lifetime Boat Towing memberships are specific to one single owned vessel and may not be used for services on other vessels. 
3. Customer may cancel a membership if registered vessel was sold, or destroyed.
4. Membership cancellations may be done within 24hrs of submission of membership application and may be refunded.
5. ARC Marine / Angel Rescue Corporation reserves the right cancel any membership or application thereof if vessel is involved in any unlawful boating activity, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Members can cancel anytime without a refund 24 hrs per day by filling out cancellation.

Membership Abuse

1. ARC Marine / Angel Rescue Corporation considers membership abuse as the following;
2. Customer requesting tow or salvage services following new membership signup, sheduling a service at time of new membership purchase,
3. Using recreational membership for purpose of business or commercial related activities,
   
4. Requesting a tow or salvage quote then immediately requesting and submitting application for a lifetime towing membership.
5. Requesting services on a vessel repeatedly for the same reason after being notified to have vessel repaired,
