Proposed Design

Design teams are currently in the design stages for these Marina's which will accommodate 1200 Slips, 500 Land yard storage, 500 Dry Storage, 50 Ton, 100 Ton, and a 200 Ton Crawlers. 8 Boat Ramps, and Transient dockage and 500 capacity mooring field. 

Docks will be designed to disappear below surface of water when hurricanes or major storms are eminent. Every slip will be self contained for complete safety of each vessel.

Marina protection barriers to be positioned outside of marina dockage areas. Retractable for extra protection against storm surge. 

Pilons are being designed to withstand major Hurricane forces from extreme tide levels. Driven deep for stability and support. Pilons will be minimal of 10 feet above dock surface.

Liveaboards

Liveaboard docking will be separated from main dockage and available year around. Separate entrance to marina separating liveaboard area from main dockage.
