A.R.C Captains not only have MMC but also other certifications like first aid, AED, diver certified. All captains have clean records with proven abilities to perform their jobs. 

A.R.C. must maintain a membership based registration which pays time for all captains therefore part of your job consist of bringing in new members. We offer medical insurance after 120 days as well as time off after one year upto 30 days.

These positions are limited and you will receive your own territory for Florida.
Travel is not a must be occasionally a client may ask to close a deal in person.

2) Membership acquisition: Assists Sales Marketing by physically contacting leads to close deals either private or commercial. 48k-75k annually

3) Tow Captains: Duties are to maintain records of vessels which they are assigned, assist members in need on the water as well as take calls from other nonmember needs, Captains will train and inspect potential clients vessels including work advertising at all times. 48k-150k annually.

Requirements:

1) Must have valid Florida ID, Passport, or Government Issued Identification.

2) Work Authorization in the United States.

3) Show proof of licensing from the state of Florida department of Agriculture.

4) Submit insurance bond or hold WC exemption from the department of Insurance Regulation in the state of Florida. 

5) Sumit to a background check 

This position requires candidates to complete 60 days commission only before being considered for any salary contract. 

Candidates whom do not perform under the volunteer period will not be considered for employment. 

1) Advertising Sales: Responsible for recruitment of memberships driving boat owners to obtain Lifetime Memberships from ARC Marine. This position allows you to work from home and meet with clients as they call our main number or through your direct contact. Salary 48k-75k annually.

2) Regional Sales: ARC Marine has positions available for regional sales representatives to acquire and close deals on upcoming events.
Must have minimum one year experience in sales. Self starter, ambitious, goal oriented, willingness to take charge, and want a promising career that will offer you commission plus salary and health, vision, dental package.
Our commission based staff alone currently ranges from 75k a year to 250k a year. Sales leads are based on our marine base clientele which we locate for you.
