Marina will have 3400 plus dock slips for residents, transient, and liveaboard. Dock sections are divided by separate docks and sections for safety and security. Docks will have access to water, electric and sanitation pump outs.

The entrance to our marina is being equipped with ocean gates which can accommodate up to 20ft storm surge and our docks submerge below waterlines to illuminating dock to vessel damages. Pilons at each slip will rise above waterlines 10 plus feet keeping vessels within their slips.
