Currently over 5,000 registered vessel are expected for this World Record Event.

Certificate Of Participation

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

You will be "Officially Amazing".

Congratulations in choosing to participate in ARC MARINE WORLD RECORD attempt and would like to celebrate your participation, the Certificate of Participation is a great way to show we're part of this historic event!

Level 2 participants shall receive this commemorative folder containing a Certificate of Participation for the record attempt you took part in.

The Certificate of Participation measures 148 x 210mm (5.83in x 8.27in) and is embossed with an exclusive ARC MARINE FLOTILLA WORLD RECORD attempt foil stamp substantiating its authenticity.

It will be delivered in a ARC MARINE / ANGEL RESCUE CORPORATION branded envelope and will be sent to the address you registered during the checkout process.

Vessel or Watercraft Participants 
Location participants and Level 1 participants may purchase one of these certificates, not included in your package. 

Flotilla Requirements

  1. Participant Vessels must register and pay fee to be eligible for all on water activities.
  2. Vessels must be properly registered or have documentation.
  3. Vessels carrying other passengers are responsible for the safety of those passengers.
  4. Vessels with more than 2 persons aboard will need to pay for their own food at on route to Miami.
  5. Passengers must pay fee per passenger with ARC Marine to be included in the water activities and barbecue at Haulover Sand Bar.
  6. Vessels in convoy must maintain safe distance and safe operation of your vessel at at times.
  7. Participants must sign Release of Liability before date of Flotilla.
  8. Participants must follow City, State, and Federal, laws and regulations at all times.
  9. You must have adequate fenders, line, and anchors and understand that you may need to tether with other vessels when mooring depending on how many vessels may be around in close quarters.
  10. Participants may be asked to hang a banner, flag or some sort of advertisement from your vessel.
  11. Advertisements will be from ARC Marine and or Sponsors for this event. ARC Marine is the main facilitator and organizer of this flotilla event.
  12. ARC Marine may do interviews or have a photographer documenting this event and you or you vessel may be photographed or videotaped for advertising purposes.
  13. Charter vessels are welcome to join this convey and pay the same registration fee plus extra $25 per passenger if planning to enjoy flotilla events in Miami.
  14. Participating vessels must remember that Coastguard, Marine Patrol and or Homeland Security could or may check or inspect vessels so keep everything within the laws. 

Flotilla Rules

1) Respect and follow all State, Federal, County laws.

2) Must have a current vessel registration.

3) Absolutely no political advertising meaning no banners, flags or loud speakers.

4) Be safe minded and have proper emergency equipment onboard including PFDs etc.

5) Be courteous to other boaters wait your turn. 

6) Do not through trash overboard and do not let waste overboard as it's absolutely illegal. 

7) If you have a breakdown you must move out of the way of other vessels, do not block waterways. 

8) If there's a line to pass under a bridge, wait your turn. 

9) If your vessel is faster you need use the Atlantic going south please. 

10) Must have good clean fun!

11) PWCs as in Jetskis, may not be operated at dark, it's dangerous and illegal. 

12) Every Participating boater that takes safe boating pledge will get a mystery gift.

13) Every participant completing this flotilla will receive a certificate of participation if we certify as the largest flotilla. (Full registration required) Location counted vessels will not receive certification unless purchased. 

ARC Vessel Donation Program

If you have a running vessel that you no longer have time for or no time for maintenance, or just no longer use, ARC and Angel Rescue Corporation will give you a tax deductible receipt for your vessel. We take any size even from estates or trusts. 
Bring you Florida title, registration and vessel for a representative to process. We will accept US Coastguard Documented Vessels of Home Port is Florida. 

By donating your vessel you are helping Florida communities and saving the environment.

Entry by 2025 Flotilla participants to Haulover Inlet is Banned, all participants must enter from Miami downtown, south of Haulover Inlet. Marine patrol will strictly enforce due to dangerous currents.

Haulover sandbar has been dredged meaning it's shallow water not actual sandbar, confirmed by (FWC) Florida Wildlife Commission.

  6. 2500-5000 boats are expected in the route bringing spectators from all over to your location during the excursion. 

What if I have no dock?

Your Business will be listed permanently in ARC Marine State Business Directory, which only lists on water or dockside businesses. Even if you have no dock boaters can anchor nearby and get to land by other means as a dinghy.
