Flotilla Itinerary

Speeds and times vary depending on the vessel, weather, and bridge openings, this is a cruising flotilla not a race.

Vessels begin trip from St Augustine located in Matanzas River adjacent to Castillo de San Marcos National Monument in bay between The Bridge of Lions and Inlet between Vilano Beach and St Augustine Beach.

Note:

Dates, Times and numbers will vary due to the volume of registered vessels and anticipated vessels, bridge opening cut off times, numbers of vessels that take Atlantic routes will arrive earlier than most cruisers. Vessels traveling Atlantic routes may arrive nightly or early morning hours. 

Vessels leaving will be given option of available discounts at our participating marina's. Key West Excursion opening door of opportunity in southern region past Miami.

  3. Sponsors will fly Feather Flags at their location which you should see from the waters during navigation. (Some Sponsors may not fly these flags so we suggest looking at their name and address on our website.)

Participants are rewarded after Miami Recorded Certification of World Record. 

ARC 2024 Flotilla Participant Rules

In cooperation with Federal, State, and all Local Agencies all participants and there vessels must comply.

As a Participant in ARC 2024 Flotilla you must also comply with ARC / Angel Rescue Corporation's, Ruleand Regulations. 

Please Read

Rules are strictly enforced!

1) Absolutely no political advertising! (You will be disqualified)

2) Waterway; No Wake Zones, Manatee Zones, Reduced Speed Zones, Inlets, Harbors, Rivers and Mooring areas are subject to terms and codes of specific jurisdiction and must not be violated at anytime. 
3) Docking at Private docks is strictly prohibited without permission of their respective owns.

4) Excessive loud noise is prohibited and may be subject to local codes.

5) Vessels must be State or Federal registered.

6) Vessels with Mast and or Sail must use appropriate routes designated by ARC Marine not to cause unnecessary blockage of ICW. Or you must steer clear of low bridges and or structures.

7) Captains, Skippers and or vessel operators must maintain safe control at all times. 
8) Participating Vessels must have appropriate safety equipment as per regulations and laws.

9) Captains, and Skippers are to show consideration and be patient with other boats. (Lend a Hand If Possible When Necessary).

10) No Drugs at anytime! 
11) Vessel passengers may not be hangover the Starboard or Port sides of vessels at anytime in route.

12) Charter vessels do not get special privileges and are participants like any other vessel. 

Local, State and Federal agencies will be watching all activities and there will be no tolerance for illegal activities. 

Participants of this 2024 ARC Marine Flotilla are responsible for ensuring safety onboard your vessel, Including the operation of and will be separately held responsible for damage to its vessels or any property damages. 

By being a Participant in this flotilla, you are giving permission for Local, State and federal authorities to board your vessel at anytime without question.

By Partipating in this event you promise to wear life jackets as per USCG regulations.

By Participating in this event you promise not to cause injury to Wildlife, Sea Turtles, Manatees, Dolphins or other protected species including birds.
